Designing intuitive experiences for complex problems.

I love turning complex flows into experiences that just click. With a data-driven mindset, I use quantitative research to uncover patterns, validate decisions, and back up design strategies with evidence.

At the same time, I strongly believe that in the age of AI, numbers alone aren’t enough. That’s why I stay close to users and clients through qualitative research, ensuring real human voices validate what the data suggests.

Inspired by global travel and everyday system UX.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably traveling the world exploring historical sites (as you probably guessed it — historical fiction is my favorite genre 📚). I also have a slightly nerdy hobby: hopping on metro systems , trains, and light rails in different cities and obsessively analyzing their user experience 🚃 —from ticket machines to platform signage and passenger flow. Somewhere between a museum and a subway station is where I feel most inspired.
